Shatiea Blount serves as the Company Administrator, dancer and co-owner of Raediant Movement LLC. Shatiea’s journey with the company began in 2017 when she joined the Training to Stage program. By 2021, she had become a full dance company member, bringing her rich background in South African dance and drumming from her previous role with Lesole’s Dance Project. Shatiea has a deep appreciation for social dance, particularly Dancehall and other African diasporic forms, which have influenced her dance style and approach.

In her current role, Shatiea oversees the administrative and managerial aspects of Raediant Movement. She wears many hats, including performer, rehearsal director, and production manager, ensuring the smooth operation and success of the company. Her multifaceted contributions and passion for dance are integral to the company’s growth and impact.
