Mashari Whitfield, hailing from Richmond, CA, discovered her love for dance at the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts at just six years old. Her training continued at the El Cerrito High School Dance Program, where she excelled in Afro-Haitian Dance, Modern Dance, and Dance Production. Mashari’s dance journey is diverse, including genres such as Jamaican Dancehall, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, and West African. She believes that art is essential to a complete life, and through dance, she experiences a profound sense of freedom.

Joining Raediant Movement for her first season, Mashari is thrilled to realize her dreams. Her dedication to exploring various dance forms and her passion for performance make her an exciting addition to the company.
